1. What we collect

When you place an order or contact us we collect: your name, email, the brief you submit, and (via Stripe) the billing details needed to process payment. We do not see or store your full card number.

2. How we use it

To deliver your song, send order updates and receipts, respond to support questions, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), our hosting and database provider, and email delivery providers — each strictly for the purposes above. Each processor is bound by their own privacy and security commitments.

4. Retention

We keep order records and the songs we produce for you for as long as needed to provide the service and meet tax/legal obligations. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. EU/UK/California), you have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Email us via the contact form and we'll respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep the site working and to remember your session during checkout. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.

7. Children

My Time Jukebox is not intended for users under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
