Refund Policy

Because every order is a custom commission, the rules are a bit different from off-the-shelf products. Here's the plain version:

Before we start production

If you change your mind before we send your first draft, email us and we'll issue a full refund.

After we deliver a draft

Your tier includes a set number of revisions. If we can't get the song to a place you're happy with after using all included revisions, we'll refund 50% of the order. We do this rarely — most briefs reach the finish line.

After final delivery

Once you approve the final master and we deliver files, the order is non-refundable.

If we miss a deadline

If we miss the delivery window listed on your tier by more than 7 days through no fault of yours, you may cancel for a full refund.

How to request a refund

Reach us via the contact form on the home page with your order reference. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
