1. Who we are

My Time Jukebox is operated by Empowered Paradigm Enterprises, LLC ("we", "us"). By placing an order or using this site you agree to these Terms.

2. What you're buying

You're commissioning an original, custom-produced song based on the brief you submit. Drafts are typically delivered in 5–14 days depending on tier. Tier deliverables (length, revisions, stems, commercial rights) are described on the pricing page at time of purchase.

3. Your brief and approvals

You're responsible for the accuracy of the names, dates, lyrics, and references in your brief. We may decline or refund any brief that's unlawful, hateful, infringing, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Ownership & licensing

On full payment, you receive a perpetual, worldwide license to use your finished song for personal or commercial use as described in your tier. We retain authorship credit and the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you ask in writing for it to be omitted.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and exclude any applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout where required.

6. Refunds

7. Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
