1. Who we are
My Time Jukebox is operated by Empowered Paradigm Enterprises, LLC ("we", "us"). By placing an order or using this site you agree to these Terms.
2. What you're buying
You're commissioning an original, personalized song produced from the brief you submit. Drafts are typically delivered in 5–14 days depending on tier. Tier deliverables (length, revisions, stems, commercial rights) are described on the pricing page at time of purchase.
3. Your brief and approvals
You're responsible for the accuracy of the names, dates, lyrics, and references in your brief. We may decline or refund any brief that's unlawful, hateful, infringing, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise objectionable.
4. Ownership & licensing
After full payment, you receive a perpetual, worldwide license to use your finished song within the usage rights included in your tier. Personal tiers are for personal use; commercial rights are included only when your selected tier says so. You can keep and use the delivered song under that license without an expiration date. This is a license to use the song, not a transfer of copyright ownership. We retain authorship credit and the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you ask in writing for it to be omitted.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and exclude any applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout where required.
One-time purchases have no recurring charges. Business plans also offer a monthly billing choice with 12 scheduled payments; the total and monthly charge are shown before checkout. The perpetual usage license for delivered songs applies after full payment, including completion of a monthly plan.

7. Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
